Honestly, eating healthy and exercising is the best way. i have lost nine pounds in two or three weeks just by cutting out all the fast food, and soda, and junk foods. i am exercising and i feel great. you can do with without starving yourself babygirl.

remember; you are beautiful just the way you are and if you cant see it then nobody will. you have to be proud of yourself and show off what your proud of! i know that you can do this the healthy way, believe me i was terribly down on myself and was so upset that nobody wanted to talk to me and even though i was so down on myself i still forced myself to eat right and exercise! you can do it! dont let anyone ever telll you that you cant do something<3

okay, Conformist has helped me through so much since i have met her. with every and anything that i come to her with she helps me with. mainly boyfriend stuff, and i said it here cause i wanted everyone to know how much i love her for helping me through everything she has (: she really is such a wonderful person <3
