    LSD is a hallucinogenic drug that can actually mess with the nerves in your brain, so that even if you only take it once it can cause you to hallucinate twenty or thirty years (or longer) in the future, without the need to retake the drug. This is as well as being addictive. Plus, most of the time the trips caused by the damaged nerves are really bad ones and they can cause you to want to maim yourself or even kill yourself. I had a friend took the stuff and he tried to cut his own hand off.
    Its a substance best avoided in my opinion.
