        Strength comes from knowing that the present moment will pass.. Everything in life is temporary.. You will not feel this way forever. It is ok to feel weak in the moment as long as you don’t feel weak alone. When you want to let go, just make sure there is someone who will catch you. Your someone is closer than you think.

      the urges do stop eventually. i know what it’s like to want to let go but please hold on. you’ll feel better. cuts turn to scars and scars mean regrets usually. for the rest of your life. if you stay cut-free, you’ll have pride forever that you overcame the temptation :)

    dont cut. it only makes things worse in the end. i know how hard it is and how you feel so bad but when doing that im sure your good at all of those things you just dont see it that way.
