the worst part, the very most painful part of this is, when you give whatever pieces of your heart you had left BACK to that initial person. The person that claimed it, and then stomped all over it. You gave it back because you hoped and prayed it would be different this time. And sure they promised it would be.

But then last night they not only took the rest of your heart and smashed it again, but somehow they managed to steal your soul too.

That’s the kind of pain you can feel in places you never knew existed inside yourself.

Just so you know, Plan B (or the morning after pill) is simply a stronger dose of the birth control pill. That’s it. It’s not the ”abortion pill” you’re referring to. It prevents you from getting pregnant, it doesn’t terminate a pregnancy.

Just be informed before you make your decision :)

you’re gorgeous!! and please don’t listen to a GUY… if anything the reason he even said that to begin with was because he was into you.

your story stays with me… her memory, her courage, and her fight are incredibly inspiring. i truly wish that humanity were built on even a fraction of the beauty your wife was made of. she was and still is an extraordinary being. i pray for you and your son to find peace.

okay- so I’m actually a ’baby nurse’- i work with postpartum women and their children. we do health teaching to educate women and their support group- husbands, partners, families, friends- to detect the signs of postpartum depression- and you honestly sound like you have a case of that. there is nothing better you can do for yourself and especially your baby, then to go to the doctor and talk about your feelings. sometimes even just talking helps- there are may support groups you can sign up for, medications you can take, etc- you have a ton of options, not to mention postpartum depression is quite common- you are so not alone in this. please if you need anyone to talk to, you can always pm me!! you will not lose your child, they do not just simply take children away..especially not when the mother recognizes there is a problem and is willing to do something to fix it. a doctor can and will help :)

this sounds more like type 1 than type 2… if youve had symptoms since you were 6, then yah its most likely type 1… what are your symptoms exactly?

im so sorry to hear this hun, i hope you get that urine test soon.. they will be able to tell immediately.

PS does your breath smell sweet? If it does, you may have metabolic acidosis and YOU NEED TO SEE A DOC IMMEDIATELY. that is a medical emergency!!

You should be excited!! Post secondary is the BEST part of school! :) It’s so great, I have been doing it since 2004. I should have been done 3 years ago, but I decided to take on another program and went into Nursing :)

Here are some things you should know about University:

-There will be people of ALL ages in your class, thats something that is very different at first. But mature students have a lot of life experience and can teach you a lot :)

-You will want to party 24/7 in your first year, it just happens that way lol and you should party, you feel like a grown up and now youre making all your own decisions but just be smart about them. Remember thousands of dollars went into that first year, and you dont want it to go to waste. Find a balance between partying and school.

-This is just me, but I made friends with the positive people in my class. Anyone who is negative just brings me down and doesnt make me want to come to class. Literally me and my friends are always laughing, enjoying ourselves while we study. You can easily get bogged down with the INSANE workload, but make the most of it and take frequent breaks!

-Speaking of workload, find something that takes your mind off school- for example, when I know I have the next 10 hours to study, I take a break every hour to stretch, have some tea, and watch an episode of Friends.. even if it’s not the full episode, just 10 minutes of fun will definitely help keep you focused with your work.

-take pictures and videos. document your experience as you go. BELIEVE me, it will fly by and you will forget so many little things that you value in the moment. I didnt really take the time to do this during my English degree, so when it came to Nursing I always had my ipod ready to capture whatever was happening. Now that Ive only got THREE weeks left of my program (HOLY HELL IM PANICKED), im making a movie of all the videos and pictures I have taken with my friends. It is something we will all be able to keep with us as we move forward and leave the ”school world”, moving into the adult world of work work work lol.

Can I ask which program you are taking in University, and which univ you are going to? The reputation of the school also makes a big difference in your experiences there.

Anyways I hope these little tips help/inspire you! ENJOY yourself at school! A lot of people forget to appreciate it, and become very bitter (due to all the reading/studying). Go to starbucks to study, MAKE it fun! :)

Thats it for now, but feel free to pm me with any questions/concerns/ or just plain nervousness you have!! Im here for you! :)

    go get checked out darling.
and BELIEVE me, you dont want kids at 14.
    youre still a kid yourself.

heck im turning 25 this year and IM still a kid.. i just spent 2 months learning all about pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum in my nursing classes- none of which are suitable for 14 year olds.

no offence to anyone who is in your position or was in your position, but this is my take on it.. get your situation figured out 100%, and maybe think about not having sex until you are 100% ready, you know? you seem to be too young for sex :/ (although here i am putting my beliefs and assumptions out there.. forgive me).. i just care about the SZ people :)

good luck to you with lots of hugs!! :)

i am in nursing and as part of our program, we do a mental health rotation- so i was in the OR room when they were getting electroconvulsive therapy.. i know there is probably nothing I say to make you feel better, but just know that it is an extremely mild procedure, it is over fairly quick, and it is very very very helpful. it can get your mum off meds (if she is on them). the doctors are wonderful, and most patients get it done as an outpatient procedure. there is an unfortunate stigma against mental illness and this type of treatment. i dont know if that helped at all, but good luck to your mum.

when my sister moved out, for MONTHS i had this recurring nightmare about a massive spider (about the size of a tarantula) hovering over my face every single night. I would open my eyes in my sleep and dream it into my real world.. it terrified the living crap out of me. It persisted for so so so long, and every time I had it I would end up rolling out of bed (underneath the spider) so it wouldnt touch me, and I would RUN to the light switch in tears. Once I had the light on, I was too afraid to check the bed for the bloody thing, and slowly remembering it was a nightmare and not real.

It wasnt until 8 months later, that I started praying before bed and asking God to please keep the nightmares and spiders away. I just couldnt handle it anymore, and one day it dawned on me that maybe all I need to do is ask.

On my life I swear to you that since I have been doing that, a month has gone by, and I am 100% nightmare-free.

Thank you God. And good luck to you!
