    Im in agony. Cant breathe. Can barely move. Every time I take a breath I get a sharp stabbing pain throughout my ribcage. I cant bend my back at all. Cant turn around to look behind me. In all honesty I just want to take a massive amount of painkillers - enough to overdose - and claim that it was simply to ease the pain. I need help. Im dying here.

    Spent a good couple of hours today talking to a bunch of animals. Opened my mouth and told them everything. And I felt better. I had an opportunity to tell somebody.. or something well... everything. And it felt good. They didnt judge me. They didnt criticise me. They didnt think of me as crazy. Didnt mock me. Or laugh at me. I felt.. normal. Felt like I fitted in for once. Felt like I belonged. More than I felt when working with the other employees there. And this is only 2 days worth of work. I really dont want to know what the next three days are going to bring.

      I do the same but with my teddy, It is a little peach colour animal, not sure what its ment to be, It looks a bit like a larma maybe. She was bought by my dad in the hospital the day i was born. She has been there for me through everything, It feels odd saying that about a teddy but its true <3
