      when similar repeats its usually something important that you need to learn. when you do &change the behavior it might stop happening. you probably have an ability for it, by now.

    theres no need for the fear or them finding out
    its a issue, especially if breaking the promise meant so much too you
    if they cares as much to make you promise not too do it
    they will understand..
    maybe just talk to them first?
    before it becomes a discovery rather than they honest cry for help that it is.
