don’t be! dreams are imagination.. they aren’t real, they can not physically harm you! try listening to relaxing music when you sleep.. and when i read this secret i get the impression of -freddy kruger- ok so i haven’t read other secrets of yours therefore i may be wrong but, i have my ways avoid- sugary drinks/foods before a certain time.. (preferably like 2-4 hours before your bedtime or before you sleep) don’t stay up late, this can cause your mind to go crazy and your imagination to become wilder, think happy things, lay in bed and relax.. listen to music(soft&sensual music always works for me) if you are scared of the dark then sleep with a night light or teddy, i don’t care how old you are :L it will work! avoid horror movies before sleeping. I’m no dream expert, but in my opinion your dreams mean something and if your having bad dreams all the time, something is worrying you? let it out? right it down on a piece of paper and burn it, do whatever.. and if it is the dream scaring you… you are going to do whatever you can to not dream right? well don’t do that! it will make it worse, i used to have bad dreams like that, i would go to bed crying, wake up and run into my nans bed… you know, the usual.. its horrible.. but it’s not real, just remember that, they are YOUR dreams, you an do a n y t h i n g that you want in them, you want to fly? you can do. :L hope i helped
