  On the one hand, you should be able to share all of yourself in a relationship without feeling like you’ll be judged… he should be able to accept you.

  On the other hand, it’s your past and it’s in the past. You’re not hurting anyone by keeping it a secret and it’s entirely up to you whether you share it with anyone.

  If you don’t tell him now you may regret it down the track. If you bump into someone who knew you then it may come back to haunt you. Start the relationship clean. He loves you for who you are and who hasn’t made mistakes in the past?

  Tell him. You won’t have the weight of the secret hanging over you. Tell him for you, because even if he leaves, you’ll be stronger. You’ll have done the right thing and sent yourself a strong message – I am who I am and I’m not going to hide it. That’ll do wonders for your self-esteem. Your relationship with yourself is far more important than your relationship with him.

  whether or not you tell him is entirely up to you. if you tell him and it kills him then is he really worth being with. There is nothing wrong with being a stripper and if it helped pay the bills and or you enjoyed what you were doing then that that is a part of who you are. if you didn’t like what you were doing then it is still part of who you are no matter what you did in the past it is you and you are the most important person in this relationship. love yourself no matter what you did in the past. you can’t change history but you can learn from the history. nobody should hate you because of what you did in the past least of all you.

  I once worked at this place where i privatly stripped and touched myself infront of guys for cash…for my interview i had to jack off my boss..it was good cash but it made me feel like shit. I told all my friends that I worked at a video store and that my boss was a pervert so i left!! No one ever second guessed me and im the only one who knows. So look if you dont want to tell him you dont have to it was in your past and was a mistake. No one is perfect!!
