i used to be just like that. in some ways, I still am. you have to learn to take pride in yourself, and stand up what you do, what you think and who you are. realize what the difference is between appologizing for something that’s your fault and trying to make an arguement end/someone feel better/please people.
whoever they are, I know it’s easier to just put yourself down and bear it, but…it’s not worth it.
