  Last night I saw a man in the corner of my eye and I ended up phoning my friend. I dont know what to suggest. Just remember he is locked up and far away from you. He will never get you and you have the love and support of your family and friends. You are good, he is bad, so never lower yourself to his level. Dont be scared now just think about the things in life that are good. Or dream because that is the one place nobody can go. Inside your dreams, inside your head.

  oh hunny.i knw that has to be tough,but prayer does fix things believe it or not.but when you pray about it,you cant worry about it anymore.hand it over to God,&&say its outta ur hands.He cant harm you anymore,allow this to make you stronger.

  It sounds like you’re experiencing PTSD on some level…flashbacks, waking nightmares…you need to get a bit of therapy so your brain can stop short-circuiting.

  I was raped 3 years ago. Getting his face and voice out of my head is still a struggle. But it has gotten much easier with time. Talking to a therapist really helped. You’ll learn to cope. Sadly, you’ll probably never completely heal, but you will be able to deal. That’s what I had to realize, as shitty as that is. You will make it. You are a strong woman. I have faith. Remember- YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM!! He wins if you allow him to keep his grip. Best of luck to you, friend.

  I’m so sorry that this happened to you.. I could never imagine what it must be like remembering this awful experience…
  I know that the only thing that will completely heal you and wash away this fear is Jesus.
  He can set you free from every fear and burden that you have.. and he will if you let him.
  I know people who know God who have undergone experiences like this– and God has healed them with his gentle voice and hand. It does take time but healing can and will come from God if you let him. He loves you so much and his heart is breaking from the pain you are enduring… he longs to set you free, my friend… know that you are beautiful, and so deeply loved. By God, the King..

  I completly understand. My son will turn 4 this year who is the product of my date rape. Sometimes when he gets mad I see my attackers face. It scares me to death. But there is nothing in the world I would trade for my son. I guess I just wanted you to know that you are not alone. It is a very scary feeling but hopefully the horrible person can never hurt you again.
