    Fed up of people always putting me down and making me feel so crap about myself lately. Ive been through so much but ive picked myself up and planned out my life until the end of uni. then im just gonna go with it and make something of myself.     Its working. Ive dropped 4 pounds since Saturday. 1 small meal a day and Ive learnt how to suppress my appetite.

      The feeling of being skinny isn’t worth it unless you do it safely. Otherwise it’s just hurting those you care about and messing your body up for the rest of your life. I know this is very hypocritical of me, but do it healthily if you really want to do it at all. *hugs*
