          Im the same, but when it came to me finally telling someone something i never thought i could tell anyone the words just poured out. Just don’t think about it so much when you decide to tell people, it makes it easier (:

      try telling the big thing anonymously if you’re worried about being judged telling the big thing will make you feel much better compared to venting out bits and pieces…

    that happens to me a lot. for me it is usualy a panic attack. either that or trying to hide the tears becomes too hard and i just have to let it all out
