Drink more water, eat more fibre. If the poop comes out poop-coloured, just with a bit of blood here&there, that’s just what your mum said. If your poop is very dark to black, see a doctor.

A lot of ”Christians” (I’ll get to that in a bit) would call me an awful Christian because I befriended many atheists and practice acceptance most of all, no matter if the people are gay, hispanic, deformed or slightly off bacon. This doesn’t make my mum a weak Christian. This means that she brought me up with a non-judgemental, loving attitude – just as your mother did.

Besides, it says in the Bible that only God is allowed to judge. I don’t really believe the people calling your mother a weak Christian, or me an unrighteous heathen, understand what Christianity is all about. <3

Practice is the noun. Eg: I have yet to put this into practice.
