i hate them. but i cant stop making them

i had them all summer including at a really big tryout and after i tried to go back out and i had ANOTHER one. It was horrible and super embarrassing and made me look like i couldnt compete with the other girls =/

You just have to try to be logical about it. Honestly, the only thing that stops me is thinking could I do that to my little sister? And what about who would find you? They will never get that image out of their head, EVER. I know what its like to want to end everything, it sucks and im still there and I know being logical can be hard but you have to try. Because apparently it gets better and theres things to look forward to. Thats what everyone says anyway. And Im gonna be a huge hyprocrite but dont listen to sad music when your feeling like this.
